Bring on Summer

What a year its been and how glad are we to get into summer with some amazing trails in our back yard. Here’s a quick pic of the park when you come to visit us this summer, the single tracks are poking through the native, the jumps in the foreground and the pump track in the rear.

Were also excited to announce that Ride Coromandel has been selected as a finalist for the 2021 Waikato Sport & Active Recreation Awards Outstanding Active Space Initiative category and the Partnership award. Well find out in January at the Sport Waikato awards, but were just thrilled to bits to be a part of the journey of our little park that were on.

Were also going hard at Boosted Sport crowdfund for a community defibrillator at the park and a drinking fountain - We would love to connect up a drinking fountain at the park. We know its thirsty work when you are shredding and pumping and we aren't too excited about creating more plastic bottles in the world - so we'd love to have a water fountain for our Tamariki and Rangatahi. The hose just doesn't taste that great really... and we'd rather you can fill up your own water vessel than buy another plastic bottle.
