Pump Track Open Fun Day

The inaugural Coromandel Pump Track Open kicked off with a fun skills workshop on Saturday with over thirty young riders pumping there way around the track getting tips from Olympian Rebecca Petch and BMX babe Baylee Lutterall The youngest being Charlie who was three years young on kick bike and the furthest participant Frank from Queenstown. A awesome event supported by Velosolutions New Zealand, NZ Sport Waikato and the Tu Manawa Fund, Coromandel 4Square, Andrews Property Services, Trinity Real estate, Kids Ride Shotgun and our local fairy volunteers powered the fun day. Great fun day of learning, and we saw some of the riders give racing a go the next day with huge smiles, #nextgeneration of riders on fire.
